At UV Performing Arts, the health and safety of our students and families is our top priority.  We continue to offer a virtual dance classes and event during these ever-changing circumstances.  As schools open, extensive health and safety measures are being taken with new studio guidelines to provide all of our students with safe class experience. We are strictly following the CDC’s recommendations and adjusting operations to keep you and our team members safe and healthy.

Your health and safety are always our number one priority.  Please see our guidelines for COVID-19 safety below.

 As of March 11, 2022, facial masks will no longer be required in many indoor public spaces including dance studio in King County.

We strongly encourage you to bring your own yoga mat and/or towel for your safety. 

If you and/or your child develop COVID-19 symptoms of have determined that he/she is considered a close contact of the person diagnosed with COVID-19 please:

1. Stay home
2. Contact your healthcare provider immediately or
3. Notify UV Performing Arts a rapid antigen test or PCR test result.

If you or your child is either experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or has tested positive for COVID-19, we recommended they follow the CDC guidance by:

1. Staying home for10 days starting the day after the date of their positive test, using the date the test was collected.  

For everyone regardless of vaccination status if you or your child tested positive for COVID-19 but had no symptoms, you can return to UV Performing Arts after:

1. Stay home for 5 days with no symptoms, or your symptoms are resolved after 5 days AND
2. If you or your child had a fever, at least 24 hours have passed since the resolution of their fever without the use of fever-reducing medications AND
3. Submit a negative rapid test or PCR test to UV Preforming Arts.
